Recreation facilities include:
A city fun park with a swimming pool, waterslides, and various children's play areas.
Redmont Country Club with an eighteen-hole golf course, swimming pool, and three fishing lakes.
Thomas Wildlife Management Area located 13 miles North of Red Bay with an abundance of deer and other wildlife.
Bear Creek Development Authority lakes, comprised of three dams with a total of 6.430 acres of water in approximately 250 miles of shore line, are all located within thirteen miles of Red Bay.

The Red Bay Museum is located at downtown at 110 4th Ave SE. It has various displays of artifacts of Red Bay's past and also a display of items donated by Tammy Wynette and family and friends of Tammy.

Community Spirit Bank's Arts and Entertainment Center is a tribute to the town with its' unlimited elegance and the graciousness of Southern hospitality. It consists of a Banquet Room which will seat 200 people; a Garden Room which seats 30 people; and a Theatre which seats 172 people. It is host to many events each year including business meals, receptions, Christmas parties, church dinners, seminars, etc. |

| The Bay Tree Council of Performing Arts (BTCPA) hosts plays in the Center's Theatre. These plays bring citizens of the community to the stage. The BTCPA has involved more than 200 volunteers in play performances with three performances each year. . Thousands of people have enjoyed these performances. |
